Skool Copilot is preparing for its community release. These are the account and data basics to know before you start.

Include the problem, extension version and any error text. Never send a password, email sign-in code, Skool cookie, session token or full CRM backup.
Your Skool Copilot login email may differ from your Skool email. After signing in, open a signed-in Skool page so the extension can verify the Skool identity linked to your workspace. Community membership and available tools determine access.
For a new account, use the newest confirmation email before signing in. For an existing account, choose “Forgot password? Recover with email” and enter the newest code from that mailbox. Wait for the request cooldown before trying again.
If no email arrives or the code is rejected, check spam and contact me. Do not share the code. Recovery signs you into the existing account; it does not change your password or unlock another account's workspace.
Sign back in with the Skool Copilot account that owns the workspace. A different email login or Skool identity cannot take over its local records. Before considering any erase or account-delete option, keep a backup and read the warning shown in the extension.
Keep a backup outside your browser and check that you can locate it. Clearing browser data or removing the extension can remove local records. Restore requires the matching account and workspace identity; recreating a deleted account with the same email does not unlock old backups.
Cloud tools require a separate connection and disclosure step. Disconnecting stops work using that connection, including supported queued operations; it cannot recall a request already in progress.
Turning off Plan sync stops future syncing. It does not delete the remote copy. Keep local records and backups in mind when requesting deletion.
The extension has an account-deletion flow with a confirmation step. Review its effect on account access, local records and backups before using it.
If you cannot access that flow, or want to ask about your account data, email a Skool Copilot data request. I will need to verify account ownership before discussing private account information. Do not attach member records or credentials.
